Greymac Pty Ltd is a small company located in Milperra in the south western suburbs of Sydney, in close proximity to the M5 freeway which enables quick access to most parts of Sydney.
We are a service orientated business, commited to providing our customers quick, efficient and responsive service. However, there will be times during peak periods that we get very busy and delays may occur.
Greymac Pty Ltd services most brands of pressure washers and industrial high pressure cleaning equipment including Alto Kew, Interpump, Comet, Bertolini, Cat and most others. We have a well established and good working relationship with the Australian importers of these products, and our company is recommended by them to service their equipment. Greymac carries a wide range of spare parts for these pumps in our service van, however we are unable to carry all parts for all models. Whilst we are able to perform most repairs immediately on site, sometimes delays may occur particularly if parts need to be ordered.
Greymac Pty Ltd has service contracts with several companies which ensures regular scheduled maintenance of machinery and minimisation of breakdown time. This is an option we are happy to discuss with you.
Greymac Pty Ltd sells a range of pressure washers from domestic cold water machines to industrial hot water machines and high pressure high flow purpose built machines. As we are not sole agents for any particular company, we are able to offer any potential buyer, a range of products at very competitive prices. Most of our products can be delivered within 24 hours in the greater Sydney metropolitan area and for machines sold to customers outside this area, we use TNT for our deliveries. All of our machines are tested in our workshop before shipping.
Greymac Pty Ltd can custom build machines according to our customers specific purpose and specifications. For example, we have built diesel powered hot water machines, which have been truck mounted and utilised by graffiti removal services and City Councils. Our electric models can be built with varying pressures and flows. Greymac has a fully equipped workshop in Milperra, where machines that require major re-work and modifications can be serviced.
Greymac Pty Ltd has a comprehensive range of both electric and pressure driven tank and barrel cleaners. A wide range of spare parts for both types of machines is carried. Electric systems are readily available and can usually be delivered within two working days, whereas multiple orders of pressure driven machines may sometimes have a lead time of two to three weeks.
A range of heavy duty, durable and reliable vacumm cleaners in both wet/dry and dry operation is available for purchase.
The Director of Greymac Pty Ltd, Mark Packer has extensive experience in the pump repair industry for many years, working at companies such as Tooheys Ltd and Caltex Oil Refinery repairing pumps to A.P.I specifications. After purchasing the company in 2002, he has established and developed the company's strategic positioning and vision to further expand the company's portfolio offering a national brand. Mark has an excellent repoire with his suppliers and and is committed to negotiating the best deal for his customers.
